Yesterday, I attended an anti-Obamacare rally in Washington, DC. The event marked the two-year anniversary of the worst law since the Kansas-Nebraska Act. That was the law by which Democrats extended slavery into the western territories. This is going to be a dramatic week, and then we're going to wait three months [for the Supreme Court decision] to see if we still have a limited government of enumerated powers or not.
Whatever the outcome of that, the battle for the principles that are at stake in this case will go on in these elections this year.

The best path for defeating Obamacare is for the states to invoke nullification, which has been invoked in the past. The federal government answers to the states, not the other way around. It is the states that formed the federal government, not the other way around.
